- Consumer Agreement
- Please note that all online orders are subject to a $50 minimum. If you order less than $50 in product, your order will be billed at $50 plus shipping.
We offer a 5% discount to all educational institutions. To receive the discount, the email provided must have an EDU extension.
- Shipping & Delivery
- All quoted shipping prices are for domestic orders only. Please contact us with your foreign address for a shipping quotation. You can also provide us with your Fedex or UPS account number for collect shipping to any location.
- Sales Tax
- We charge sales tax on orders in New Jersey.
- Warranties
- All items are new and come with a 1-year warranty.
- Return Policy
- All items may be returned within 30 days for credit or refund. Please email carl@ramehart.com for an RMA number.
